Resource Manager - 15 month FTC - London
Role overview: Resource Manager responsible for day-to-day resourcing for Transaction Diligence within EY's Strategy and Transactions team. Focus on delivering operational excellence, supporting the business strategy, and mobility of our people.
Responsibilities
* Advise Engagement Leads and Partners on resourcing solutions, ensuring projects are resourced with the right people, the best skills, and delivering an exceptional people experience.
* Understand the skill sets of staff and proactively deploy individuals to support areas that enhance development and capability.
* Provide insight on resourcing performance metrics such as utilisation, diversity, revenue, margin, pricing, and people insights.
* Drive collaborative resource solutions with wider parts of EY.
* Introduce best practice thinking to the wider Resourcing function.
* Identify opportunities to enhance team performance and achieve development goals.
* Collaborate with SL Senior Resource Lead (and Operations) to optimise service delivery.
* Review business performance, discuss trends, interventions, and actions to improve results.
* Proactively monitor pipeline with local stakeholders.
* Foster an inclusive culture within the team and on engagements.
* Work with leadership to monitor wellbeing and performance of teams.
