They also ensure any development can scale and follow software engineering best practices.

Your role
You will join a community of over 150 people that deliver some of the biggest and most exciting IT programmes, all built on Microsoft technology across Dynamics 365, Azure and Power Platform. You’ll be working with people ranging in experience, from early and emerging talent to specialists. With training and development support all the way through your career and clients across multiple industries (Retail, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transport and Health), you’ll never have a dull moment or find yourself short of challenges!
* Own low-level solution design of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects and be accountable for security, accessibility, and performance of a solution to ensure safety and scalability is achievable.
* Design and implement elegant D365 ERP customisations that fit the customer requirements and are scalable, reliable, and reusable.
* Design and implement the integration architecture and interfaces required on full Microsoft stack project implementations.
* Build relationships with the client’s technical teams and Microsoft Fast Track architects;
* Contribute to the expansion of the Capgemini delivery team lending your skills and knowledge to strengthen the already outstanding delivery standard and you support recruitment activities.
Your skills and experience
* Strong experience in full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 ERP in 3 - 4 different industry areas, with outstanding development skills with X++ and familiarity with .NET technologies.
* Development and extension any internal D365FO framework (SysOperations, Form Letter, Address Book, Number Sequence, Process Automation, HR, Dimensions …). Development of ISV solutions.
* Azure Dev Ops infrastructure management for development and release (repositories, pipelines, automation), and Lifecycle Service portal ALM management.
* Experience integrating D365FO with external systems and non-Microsoft cloud providers (Custom webservice, Dataverse, DMF, Power Platform, Dual Write).
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate and/or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
