Supply Chain Programme Manager (SCPM)
is responsible for defining and executing a programme of sourcing transfer projects that reactivate the ST30 engine components to support services and new unit requirements. Responsibilities
Define the work breakdown structure, sourcing packages, and supporting programmes to deliver source change requirements. Manage programme team members, including other project managers, dedicated resources, and supporting staff, to ensure efficient capacity utilization and optimal delivery timescales. Act as liaison between the A35 Portfolio and key stakeholders, ensuring timely resource management decisions by the AGT functional organizations. Oversee project quality, risk management, performance reporting, and budgeting, acting as subject matter expert to ensure high standards of project execution. Establish and manage a Change Control Board to approve programme changes affecting schedule or budget. Report to a steering committee advisory board comprising cross-functional executives and governance over the programme. Report to the Head of Supply Chain Transformation Programmes. The scope includes sourcing and qualification of up to 200 components over 3 years, with a team of up to 15 full-time resources. Key commodities include discs, shafts, casings, blades, vanes, combustion liners, piping, engine controls, and machining, with raw materials such as castings and forgings. The programme concludes once the supply chain delivers acceptable quality and rate. Your Background
Proven track record of delivering complex programmes across diverse global sites and products. Passion for change and influencing others to find efficient solutions. Excellent communication skills aligned with leadership principles. Essential Requirements
Recognized Project Management Certification. Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering. Extensive experience in project management, engineering, or supply chain roles. Understanding of OEM & Service processes, process improvement, and performance delivery. Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, sourcing, risk management, and programme management. Familiarity with aerospace design and change control processes. Ability to engage at all levels and manage change effectively. Experience working in a matrix organization with both dedicated and non-dedicated resources. Desirable Skills
Leadership or management training recognized in the industry. Process Improvement certification. Multilingual abilities or interests.
