Up to 10% Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of key
APQP elements, including: Requirements Management Boundary Diagrams Interface Analysis QFD, DFMEA, DVP&R PFMEA and Process Control Plans Partner with design teams to define
product architecture
and system interfaces. Develop and cascade
level-appropriate requirements
across product hierarchies. Deliver actionable design/process improvements and validation activities to mitigate risk. Contribute to the
concept, design, and analysis
of complex components and systems. Collaborate across functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure high-quality outcomes. Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively across varied audiences. Required: Minimum
5 years of Design Engineering
experience. Minimum
5 years of Supplier Quality Development Engineering
experience. Preferred: Strong expertise in
APQP tools and methodologies. Demonstrated
analytical problem-solving
and
risk management
