If you have a background in administration especially within the construction industry and you're ready to grow with a forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties include:
1. Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Pre-Construction team
2. Preparing submission letters and pricing documents
3. Reviewing and updating pre-construction documents
4. Preparing submission letters and pricing documents
5. Creating and updating tracking spreadsheets and project documentation
The successful candidate must have/be:
6. Office based administration experience.
7. A basic understanding of the M&E environment
8. Pre- Construction experience essential
9. Highly organised and capable of managing a number of workflows.
10. Excellent IT skills
11. Meticulous attention to detail
