Job Description
Job Title: Field Reimbursement Manager, Hemophilia, Southeast
Main Responsibilities:
1. Becoming a subject matter expert on Sanofi’s rare blood disorder and Hemophilia patient support programs, payer claim processes, billing and coding education, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
2. Developing effective business plans aligned with brand strategies, tailored to the geographic and customer context.
3. Coordinating business activities and driving results within the assigned geographic area, ensuring effective execution of strategies.
4. Maintaining knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
5. Monitoring communications related to coverage, coding, and reimbursement for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid programs.
6. Partnering with internal and external colleagues to support product launches and foster a collaborative culture.
7. Educating office personnel on billing procedures, codes, benefits, and patient support programs.
8. Building relationships within healthcare provider offices to resolve payer coverage issues, ensuring compliance with company policies.
9. Minimum 10+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
10. 4-7+ years of reimbursement or access experience in a specialty pharmacy setting with proven results.
11. Experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
12. Experience launching Hemophilia or complex specialty products.
13. Experience coordinating patient and provider support services.
14. Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned geography; valid driver’s license required.

Education: BA/BS degree in life sciences or business; MBA preferred.
