Supported Living Worker - CQC Accommodation Based
Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) and part time (17.5 hpw) roles available on a rota basis including sleep in shifts

What you’ll do
6. Help customers with everyday tasks like cooking, shopping, budgeting and keeping their home
7. Support personal goals and independence as set out in customer support plans
8. Assist with appointments, hobbies, college or work
9. Provide personal care and medication support where needed
10. Complete risk assessments, set goals and review progress

You have
11. Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate, or willing to work towards
12. Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail
13. Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
14. Confident using initiative, calm under pressure and resilient

The practical bits
15. Where we’re flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.
16. Work on a rota which will include sleep in shifts
17. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
