A prestigious UK Top 50 law firm is seeking a Residential Development Partner to join its nationally respected property team. With offices across the UK and a hybrid working model, this is a rare opportunity to shape a senior role within a high-profile, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
The team advises an enviable client base of major housebuilders, developers, PRS investors, and affordable housing providers across varied sectors including housing and renewable energy amongst others. Work includes high-value development projects involving contracts, option agreements, promotion and funding agreements, and turnkey deals, meaning no two days are the same in this role.
Qualifications
You'll bring 8+ years' PQE, a strong track record in the living sector (desirable), and leadership skills to mentor and grow the team.
