Job Description: As Fundraising and Events Manager, you will join our client's team on a part-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for coordinating and organising events nationally and internationally, managing corporate partnerships, community fundraising, and delivering memorable events. We are looking for experience in the Events, Charity or Not-for-Profit sector, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results based on client needs. The role is over 3 days a week, with flexibility on hours and days as well as some hybrid working. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to meet annual income targets. Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, from corporate functions to private events. Create marketing via different social media channels. Liaise with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget, ensuring all elements of the event are aligned. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and suppliers. Oversee event set-up, on-the-day coordination, and post-event breakdown. Build and maintain relationships with clients and sponsors. Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities and partnerships. Manage budgets, ensuring events and campaigns are cost-effective and deliver strong ROI. Oversee communications, acknowledgements, and database management. About You Proven experience in fundraising and event management (ideally in a non-profit or charity setting). Strong project management and organisation skills. Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-focused approach. Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
