Job Description
Join our team as a Workday Technical Integration Manager, responsible for overseeing technical integrations and system architecture supporting the Workday platform. Working within the People Applications department, you will ensure seamless operation of integrations, monitor performance, and manage system releases. This role is crucial in maintaining a secure and stable Workday environment while driving innovation to meet business needs.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect, and custom APIs.
2. Collaborating with IT, external vendors, and functional teams to align integrations with organizational goals.
3. Managing system updates and ensuring integrations are tested and optimized for biannual Workday releases.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize operational disruptions.
5. Providing technical guidance to the People Applications team.
6. Designing strategies to optimize Workday performance and scalability.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations and technical architecture.
* Proven experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and APIs.
* Experience managing Workday system updates and release cycles.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and system issues.
* Experience translating business needs into technical solutions with functional teams.
