Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: OEM based technical qualification Minimum of 4 years working in an IT environment Knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager and associated services (AES, Breeze, AMS, SM, SBC) Experience in incident/problem control and service requests Ability to supervise resources to deliver agreed objectives Strong communication skills, both electronic and verbal Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation Familiarity with security and compliance legislation Ability to implement training documentation and deliver training Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities: Support the Telecoms Manager in developing and maintaining the Trusts telephony and mobile infrastructure Act as the escalation point for junior team members and assist with incidents and service requests Participate in project work such as Voice Recorder upgrades and SIP migrations Design procedures for security, recovery, and incident control Manage upgrades, patching, and maintenance of voice and data applications Ensure integrity and confidentiality of information in line with NHS policy Communicate effectively about service changes and support Propose and implement improvements to service levels Assist in supplier management including evaluating offers and negotiating contracts Monitor performance data and report on service quality Technologies: Support Mobile Security Hardware ITIL More: We are an innovative NHS IT team based in Brierley Hill, dedicated to supporting critical telecommunications infrastructure.
