Overview
Personal Assistant-Morecambe – LILS/EM/LG
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a young man with Down's Syndrome within the local community.
About the Client
Our client is a kind and generous individual who has been going through a difficult period recently, and has gone from a happy and active person to a withdrawn and quiet one. He has been diagnosed as having anxiety and depression which has led him to become mute in most interactions and resorting to writing down his feelings on paper. We want to find and reinstate the lovely young man he was and help him re-engage with friends and activities he has always loved.
He loves swimming, photography, bowling, art, snooker, table tennis, walks in the countryside and the occasional pint in the pub. He enjoys being part of an active social circle.

* Support participation in activities he enjoys (swimming, photography, bowling, art, snooker, table tennis, walks, social outings).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
