Key Responsibilities
:
1. Manage a caseload of high-value commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to:
2. Shareholder disputes
3. Professional negligence
4. Partnership disputes
5. Property litigation
6. Debt recovery
7. Advise clients on a variety of commercial issues, offering expert guidance on strategy and dispute resolution.
8. Represent clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and other dispute resolution forums.
9. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
10. Liaise with clients, counsel, and other professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
11. Provide practical and commercial legal advice to clients in line with their business objectives.
12. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service at all stages of the litigation process.
13. Keep up to date with developments in commercial law and best practice.
Key Requirements:
14. Ideally, 2+ years PQE with experience in commercial litigation.
15. Strong experience in handling a range of commercial disputes, particularly in shareholder disputes, professional negligence, partnership disputes, property litigation, and debt recovery.
16. Excellent technical legal skills with a practical, client-focused approach.
17. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
18. Experience working with clients across various sectors, including businesses and individuals.
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
20. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
