Lipscomb are set to launch our brand-new Geely Auto showroom in Maidstone showcasing the fantastic range of new Geely cars in the UK.
Building on the success of its well- known group brands; Volvo, Polestar and Lotus- Geely is now entering the UK market directly as Geely Auto UK, a volume passenger car brand.
Here in the UK, Geely plan to become one of the top brands in the market within a few short years- and we are excited to share this journey with you in our launch phase.
A great brand needs great people
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can take pride in bringing Geely's brand values to life, and ensure all customers enjoy the best possible buying experience. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with experience in retail or fleet car sales.
The Role
To ensure that prospects, customers and owners receive an exceptional experience throughout their Geely journey. The role engages with prospects and guides them towards the best-suited Geely product according to their needs.
Sales specialists are the experts in showcasing products, emphasising unique features and benefits. Key activities for this role involve remaining attuned to industry trends, monitoring competitor activities, arranging and completing test drives for prospects, personalising preferred options, providing comprehensive pricing and purchase details, securing customer orders and delivering cars to Geely owners.
Furthermore, the role proactively follows up with prospects and customers addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless transition in the sales and handover experience.
These roles work collectively towards achieving commercial and experience targets and objectives for both the manufacturer and the business including the sale of used cars.
Rewards

Alongside a generous basic salary of £22000, you can earn commission and bonuses that could take your earnings to more than £40,000 per annum with a company car from our fantastic range together with 20 day's holiday rising to 25 days long service, company contributory pension scheme, staff and family discount schemes.
