Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an External Sales Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, providing technical support, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, understanding their technical needs, proposing suitable solutions, and providing post-sales support. The candidate will also be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product developments.
