 
        
        Account Director, ITAB UK – ITAB Sweden
The Account Director (AD) manages the relationship between the business and our key customers, acting as the mini‑GM for that segment of ITAB.
Responsibilities
 * Lead the Customer Team, including direct and indirect resources, and drive all customer‑facing activity for one or more of ITAB’s major clients.
 * Develop and execute the customer strategy, aligning retailers’ objectives with ITAB solutions and exceeding client expectations.
 * Represent the full range of ITAB solutions to drive and convert opportunity pipelines across the portfolio.
 * Create and deliver on the Customer Strategy and sales budget, managing resource requirements through the P&L.
 * Consistently review and report on customer performance using business finance, CRM and ERP systems; forecast future activity.
 * Act as an ambassador for ITAB, providing leadership, coaching and engagement to improve team development and outcomes.
 * Identify opportunities for cross‑selling products and services and model ROI for commercial proposals.
