The Head Chef will lead a skilled kitchen team, delivering a fresh cafÃ/deli offer for daily visitors alongside corporate hospitality and premium evening events in Northamptonshire. The offer
* A GBP 40,000 per annum
* 40 hours per week
* 5 out of 7 working pattern
* Some evenings required

* Lead and manage the full kitchen operation.
* Deliver a consistent, high:quality cafà and deli offer.
* Oversee planning and execution of corporate and evening events.
* Manage, train and develop the kitchen team.
* Ensure strong food safety, compliance and kitchen standards.
* Control ordering, GP and stock management.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional events.
