Pay:
Starting at £25,854 per annum increasing to £27,040 per annum following a successful trial period and assessor training.
You also have opportunity to earn uncapped weekly bonus
JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide a relief service to any branch within your area in the event of a managers absence. To ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company strategy to ensure an excellent service is provided to the customers and promote a positive working environment for the branch colleagues.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Ensure high standards with the branch for housekeeping including maintenance, display, stock holding, administration, customer service, training and daily tasks and responsibilities.
* Carry out security checks including branch fixtures, fittings, machinery and stock
* Carry out cash checks in line with company procedures
* Carry out company 6 point checks for auditing purposes
* Conduct salesmanship training
* Perform quality checks
* Carry out branch stocktaking
* Mentor and provide support to new starters
* Involvement in branch refit as appropriate
* Play a key role in the opening and closing of new branches.
* Ensure compliance with branch opening and closing times.

Applicants must hold full UK driving licences and own their own vehicle.
We provide full training to our colleagues so no experience necessary. Your day would see you using your initiative to complete various photographic services (e.g. prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts, Photoshop) for our customers.
