As Sous Chef you will have a wealth of experience in both fine dining and Mediterranean style cookery. You will have flair and ability in abundance and will bring that to the kitchen team to get the very best out of them.
10. As right hand to the Head Chef, as Sous Chef you will be an excellent communicator as well as being a first class chef and people manager.
11. The restaurant has a rapidly growing reputation and you are going to build on this to take it to the next level.
