We need practical, hands-on knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 services; you do not need to be an engineer, but you do need real platform understanding. We require proven experience operationalising cloud-based managed services. We are looking for a solid grasp of ITIL v4, service acceptance, and transition into BAU. We need experience working with multiple stakeholder groups, including delivery, operations, clients, and suppliers. We are looking for someone comfortable working in ambiguous, build-to-run environments. Responsibilities: We will have you own the service architecture and operational readiness for a new managed service. We will have you design and document support models, service catalogues, RACI, SLAs, OLAs, and escalation paths. We will have you work closely with Azure and Microsoft 365 technical teams to translate designs into supportable live services. We will have you lead service transition and go-live activities, including early life support and hypercare. We will have you ensure alignment to ITIL v4 practices and managed service standards. We will have you define monitoring, alerting, incident, change, and problem flows for Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. We will have you act as the key point of assurance that the service is ready to run before go-live.
