Our Client is looking for a self starting, warm, proactive, and highly dependable individual to be their Office and Team Assistant and join the London office of a highly successful boutique international investment company. This very much a 'hands on' role, an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on being the go to person - enjoys variety and wants a career with growth in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, organising events plus general operational and team support where required. You would work closely with the super charming Senior Executive Assistant. No two days will be the same, and your work will have a real impact! Previous experience in financial services and / or hospitality would work well, training will be provided where necessary it's more about the motivation and right attitude of the individual. The role would include: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office—managing supplies, liaising with vendors, overseeing kitchen and communal areas, and welcoming guests / clients Playing a key role in company events, social gatherings, and team offsites—from planning to on-the-day support Supporting the team with administrative tasks and general coordination Handling travel bookings, expense submissions Assisting with internal meetings and events—including setup, refreshments, and tech coordination Assisting the HR team 5 days a week in the office - excellent benefits, plus lunch and food provided!
