Job Description
Physical retail is evolving. The Creative Co-Ordinator supports the Creative Project Lead in store concept design, delivery, and shop fit rollouts, aiming to create an elevated retail experience aligned with our brand strategy. This role involves project coordination, from concept to completion, focusing on enhancing customer and staff environments while adhering to company standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering store development design outputs.
* Collaborating with project teams and external agencies to produce engaging store concepts.
* Understanding and implementing retail operations strategies.
* Driving efficiencies and improving staff environments during store development.
* Participating in site visits and coordinating communication during projects.
* Ensuring timely delivery of retail development projects with a focus on group efficiencies.
This role is based onsite at our Shirebrook HQ, Monday-Friday.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
* Experience in retail projects of various scales.
* Creative problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Strong planning, multitasking, and attention to detail.
* People management experience.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Self-motivation and collaboration skills.
* Valid working rights for EMEA countries and willingness to travel.
* Full driving license.
