We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Groups/Events Sales & Planning Executive to be part of the creation of an extraordinary sales experience at The St. Regis London. This individual must have a proven track record in handling luxury groups and events, from enquiry stage, sales and conversion, to planning and end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation: Work with Proactive Sales team to execute sales plans for group/event segments (corporate, social) to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, prospect, and convert new business, build strong client relationships (planners, agencies), and manage key accounts for repeat business.
Proposals & Site Inspections: Create compelling customized proposals, lead venue tours, and present confidently to potential clients.
Event & Group Planning: create BEOs for all confirmed events and Group Sheets for confirmed groups to communicate on weekly basis to Operations teams.
Market Awareness: Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and analyse competitor activity.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Groups/MICE proactive sales and Director of Revenue colleagues as well as Operations, Catering, Front Office teams as well for seamless group and event delivery and accurate forecasting.
Administration: Manage CRM, diary, contracts, sales reports, and ensure accurate event details are communicated internally.
