Key Responsibilities
* Operate Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles during night shifts.
* Supervise and support the night driving team, providing guidance and direction.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and company standards.
* Plan and optimise delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
* Respond to and resolve any operational issues or emergencies that occur overnight.
* Liaise with management to maintain smooth communication across shifts.
Requirements
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) driving licences.
* Proven experience in night driving and team management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Southeast UK routes and logistics operations.
* Flexibility to work five nights per week, with additional overtime available.
