Job Description:
Community and Business Engagement Coordinator
Part Time Vacancy: 18 hours per week
* Develop relationships in the local community, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities by growing and leveraging your network.
* Work towards agreed targets for Referral Provider touchpoints.
* Deliver promotional activities both face-to-face and virtually to increase awareness of Home Instead’s services and employment opportunities.
* Plan and execute community marketing events such as fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
* Communicate our mission, vision, values, and value proposition effectively.
* Manage social media activity and ensure digital content is engaging and current.
* Promote the Home Instead brand and awareness of marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
* Track and record enquiries, using data to optimize messaging and community education strategies.
* Maintain accurate data to assess performance against strategic goals.
* Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs.
* Ensure compliance with Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities policies.
* Carry out other duties necessary for business operation.
* Require a valid driver’s license and own transport.
* Deliver talks on ageing topics such as Dementia, Fraud Prevention, Nutrition & Hydration.
* Network with community stakeholders via face-to-face, phone, email, or video calls.
* Use marketing principles and digital media platforms effectively.
* Have a good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication tools.
* Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of delivering engaging presentations.
* Be self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
* Work flexibly to meet business needs.
* Use CRM systems to manage stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications:
* Right to work in the UK
* Valid driver’s license
* Qualified to Level 3 diploma or higher
