Benefits and Efficiencies Analyst - 32067

Our Transformation Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is building a centralised portfolio to drive change, transformation, and continuous improvement. We are hiring two Benefits and Efficiencies Analysts to join the team.
The PMO team shapes and optimises project Portfolios, ensures strategic alignment, enhances decision-making, and provides evidence to manage risk across change and transformation. This role offers hands-on experience in change and transformation with development opportunities and strong peer support.
You will analyse data from PMO colleagues and project/programme managers across our portfolio, help set standards for benefits and value management, and assist with embedding them. You will help our teams identify, value, and validate their project benefits.

* Set and embed standards for benefits and value management.
* Help teams identify, value, and validate project benefits.
* Support change, transformation, and continuous improvement within the PMO and wider organisation.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience as a Benefits Analyst, Efficiencies Analyst, or Business Analyst.
* Experience building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
* Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build constructive relationships.
* Clear communication skills; able to explain complex analysis plainly and persuasively to non-technical audiences.
* Self-motivation and adaptability; comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
* Experience producing guidance, toolkits, or frameworks to support colleagues.
* Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and encourage consideration of diversity in work.
* Willingness to participate in development opportunities and training provided.
Additional Information
* Hybrid working location (EA Office base; national role).
* Some travel and overnights may be required; smart tools are used to stay connected.
