What You’ll Do
* Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with minimal wastage
* Deliver fine dining for functions and hospitality events
* Support and coach new team members on kitchen standards and procedures
* Follow recipe cards and maintain food quality
* Assist with stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records
* Monitor temperatures and complete due diligence paperwork
* Help with daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
What We’re Looking For
* Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent)
* A confident chef and excellent team player
* Flexibility and ability to innovate
* UK residency for the past 3 years & ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
