Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £42,000
Holidays: 20 Days + 8 Bank Holidays
Covering commercial offices and a council contract with an uncapped training budget.
This role is working with a local FM company, with over 120 employees.

For this role you can be someone ready to take the next step into a supervisor role as its managing a team of 10 other electrical engineers.
The key Responsibilities for an Electrical Supervisor:
* Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities.
* Quotes, budgeting/reporting duties.
* Day to day running of the sites.
* Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies’ system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded.
* Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings.
* Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner.
* Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service.
* Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers.
* Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard.
* Liaise with client/management.
Qualifications / Experience for an Electrical Supervisor:
* 18th Edition qualified
* NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installation (desirable)
* Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
* Well-presented
* Experienced in dealing with clients.
