Account Executive/Graduate Role in a marketing agency
We are seeking a Marketing Account Executive to work in a fast-paced and dynamic agency.
You will already be working as Account Executive or in a similar role, or alternatively you’re a Graduate who has undertaken a work placement as part of their degree.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in developing a career in digital marketing and will be organised, analytical, possess strong teamworking skills and will be commercially minded.
The role of Account Executive is to support the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in the day-to-day delivery of integrated marketing projects – from email campaigns to content creation and performance marketing.
You will work alongside the agency’s Create, Reach and Code teams to ensure that work delivered for clients is head and shoulders above the competition.
As part of the Client Services team, you will play a part in developing lasting and meaningful client relationships and driving profitability for the agency.

Day to day your role will include:
Client Relationships
Serving as a point of contact for clients, building relationships, supporting in day-to-day client communications and ensuring the team delivers the very best work for clients; on time, on brief and on budget.
Project Management
Collaborating with internal teams to support project execution via informal catch ups and project status & review meetings.
Helping with the management and creation of agency briefs, project timelines, quotes, timing plans, scheduling and addressing basic issues.
Strategic Planning
Learning about your clients’ market, their sector specialism and challenges, so the agency can better support their business growth.
Assisting in the execution of strategic plans as pre-determined by senior agency figures and client.
Budget Management
Supporting budget development and monitoring, alongside the Account Manager.
Assisting in the creation of cost estimates with and for the Account Manager - gathering information to inform accurate quotes when necessary.
Problem Solving
Assisting in addressing project-related challenges from both a client and agency perspective.
Learning about and finding solutions to maintain project momentum, helping execute any changes and deviations needed to ensure the project is still delivered on brief, on time and on budget.
Quality Assurance
Ensuring the accuracy of all work delivered and its alignment with client requirements, working alongside the Account Manager.
Contributing to ensuring client expectations are met – knowing when to escal e issues to more senior team members.
