Role: Store Manager
Location: Solihull
Contract Type: Permanent - 5 days a week including weekend work
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 OTE + Commission
Benefits: 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), free parking, staff discounts, pensions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales for store by being commercially savvy and constantly seek ways to boost revenue and store performance.
* Manage a small team motivating them to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.
* Managing stock, deliveries, click and collect and ensure they are expertly displayed for customers increasing sales.
* Keep customers at the heart of all operations for a seamless shopping experience.
* Manage customer feedback professionally to uphold high service standards.
* Build a high-performing team through continuous coaching and training.
* Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to create an engaging store atmosphere.
Key Skill:
* Be an excellent communicator, creating relationship with customers and your team.
* Retail Management experience
* Ability to analyse sales trends and identify opportunities.
* Understanding of stock and ability optimise stock levels to reduce shrinkage.
* Visual Merchandising experience to create an inviting store environment that attracts customers.
* Experienced with IT packages
