Job Title: Account Executive

Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle for a patient recruitment technology solution, primarily targeting the academic research market. Your focus will be on prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
* Develop deep knowledge of the clinical research domain, including study phases, designs, stakeholder roles, data standards, and regulatory requirements (domestic and international).
* Understand how the recruitment solution fits within the broader clinical research ecosystem and identify cross-selling opportunities.
* Become an expert in the patient recruitment market in the UK.
* Identify and qualify ideal prospective customers, understanding their challenges in patient recruitment.
* Map accounts and stakeholders, tailoring the sales process to their specific needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams, leveraging subject matter experts to enhance sales efforts.
* Clearly communicate the value of the solution, helping prospects see how it solves their problems.
* Demonstrate the software hands-on to prospective customers.
* Stay updated on product roadmap and new feature releases.
* Maintain excellent organization and time management by:
* Following up promptly with leads and opportunities
* Keeping CRM records accurate and current
* Regularly prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline
* Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
* Perform additional duties as needed.
