Working Schedule
This is a full-time contract based on a four-day working week. You will be required to work from 11 am to 9 pm Monday to Thursday to align with the hours during which club committees are most contactable.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to help accelerate our sales activity with GAA clubs across the country. You will be the first point of contact for clubs, introducing them to our ticketing platform, delivering demonstrations, and converting interest into new sign-ups. If you have a passion for sales and an understanding of GAA communities, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the future of club operations.
What You Will Do
* Make outbound calls to GAA clubs and build genuine relationships with committee members.
* Manage and nurture a pipeline of sales-qualified leads.
* Schedule and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
* Clearly communicate our product vision and key benefits for clubs.
* Provide pricing, follow-up information, and support throughout the sales process.
* Prepare and deliver quotes to close new club sign-ups.
* Track and report on sales performance, targets, and KPIs.
What You Bring
* Experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
* Understanding of GAA club structures and committee responsibilities.
* Confidence working independently and taking initiative.
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to convert demos into customers.
* Full clean driving license.
* Availability to work weekday evenings, when clubs typically meet.
Desirable
* Previous involvement with GAA clubs.
* Experience in club fundraising or community sales.
