Overview
Due to continued growth, we are now looking to add a Part Time HR Advisor to our team on a permanent basis. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role this will be a pivotal role within our organisation. The overall function of the role will be to oversee the administrative functions of our HR processes and be the liaison for the directors, with the wider team.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the recruitment pathway from inception through to completion
* Advising the wider team on processes
* Reviewing and updating of current process and policies inline with any legislation changes
* Payroll and P11D information
* Management of the HR database including scheduling meetings, co-ordinating leave and appointment request, managing disciplinaries and co-ordinating annual reviews
* Reviewing employee perks
* Producing monthly reports for the SMT
The Person
Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a ‘can do’ attitude that can help steer and guide our HR processes. Promoting a positive team spirit through flexible and open communication is essential along with a relevant HR qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. You will be required to demonstrate positive behaviours in managing change and have the confidence to make and stand by decisions whilst leading by example. Stressful situations are part of the course in HR so your ability to remain calm and composed under pressure will be paramount.
