You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, differentiated teaching and support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them to thrive both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons tailored to EHCP outcomes Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to create a consistent and caring learning environment Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet changing needs Contribute to the wider life of the school through collaboration and participation in CPD What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) Experience teaching pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.) A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive teaching practices Safeguarding Statement: We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
