This is a hands-on role covering IT support, infrastructure, and business applications across European offices. You will act as a key point of contact for users while also contributing to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of core IT systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple areas of IT in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities IT Support & Infrastructure Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries across European offices Provide support for hardware, software, and user device setup and configuration Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud services Assist with server maintenance, upgrades, patching, and installations Support IT infrastructure including: VPN connectivity WiFi networks Firewalls and security access Endpoint security tools Work with external vendors to resolve technical issues Maintain accurate IT documentation and procedures Applications & Systems Support Support key business applications (CRM, ERP, EDI, e-commerce, and support platforms) Assist with system implementation, upgrades, and improvements Provide user support and training to ensure effective system use Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and support system enhancements Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support or IT operations role Strong knowledge of desktop, server, and network environments Experience with Windows and/or Apple systems Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies Familiarity with Intune, Jamf, or similar device management tools (desirable) Understanding of networking (VPNs, firewalls, switches, etc.) IT-related degree or Microsoft certifications preferred Job Ref: HP356 Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
