Were are representing a highly reputable Repairs Contractor who are recruiting for a Reactive Repairs Administrator to join a friendly, fast-paced department, making sure repairs are logged, tracked, and completed efficiently.

What youll be doing:

* Logging reactive repairs requests and allocating them to the right engineers or contractors.

* Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

* Communicating with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to keep everyone in the loop.

* Updating records and ensuring all admin tasks are accurate and compliant.

What were looking for:

* Previous experience in an admin or scheduling role (housing, maintenance, or repairs experience is a bonus).

* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

* Ability to stay calm and prioritise in a busy environment.
