About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fund Distribution Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This role will focus on advising on fund distribution strategies for their separate account mandates across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and supporting global asset management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal advice on the distribution and marketing of regulated funds across EMEA and other key markets.
* Draft, review, and negotiate distribution, marketing agreements and related documentation.
* Advise on cross-border marketing rules, MiFID II, AIFMD, and UCITS directives.
* Liaise with regulators and industry bodies on distribution-related matters.
* Support internal stakeholders on product launches and ongoing compliance.
Requirements
* Qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE in asset management or financial services law.
* Strong knowledge of fund distribution regimes.
* Experience working in-house at an asset manager or in private practice with a funds focus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
