About the Role
Reporting into the Category Manager, you will be at the forefront of development, sourcing, and delivering consumer brands, including our own. You will decide which products reach our in‑store shelves, analyze data, and provide sourcing recommendations to support our global consumer and retail brand strategies.
You will use your commercial awareness in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing market to contribute to big projects with high‑profile brands. You will always put customers at the heart of everything you do, look out for new opportunities, and identify any gaps that set Boots apart from other retailers.
How you'll do it
Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best products at competitive prices. Refine your negotiation skills to reduce costs and source raw materials globally. Maintain an eye for detail to discover new opportunities, working closely with the Brand Buying team to focus on financial targets and monitor progress.
What you'll need to have
Experience in sourcing, buying, supplier management, or negotiations within an FMCG or related business. A friendly personality and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the UK or internationally when required.
