We welcome applicants with previous experience as, Automotive Parts Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Trade Parts Operative, Motor Factor Sales Advisor Key Duties of the Parts Sales Advisor: Handle incoming calls and assist front counter customers Support workshop technicians with parts orders and queries Manage the complete parts process — from order to preparation for delivery Communicate with customers and other dealers to ensure excellent service Provide relief driving for same-day deliveries when required Resolve complex parts-related queries and provide technical support Upsell parts and services to the workshop and service teams No two days are the same — this is a varied and dynamic role offering a mix of customer service, logistics, and technical support.
