£23,500-£24,500 Per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone. Group benefits (DIS, Pension)

Hours of Work: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

Base: Field based with HQ visits and offsite meetings

If so, you could be a potential candidate to join our incredible Gym team with Instore on behalf of Glanbia Performance Nutrition, a major player in the world of sports nutrition with sales in over 200 countries globally. This could be your opportunity to represent award-winning, iconic brands including Optimum Nutrition, BSN and Nutramino.
\n
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a relevant gym, sales or retail environment or have brand ambassador experience within FMCG/Consumer goods market. Regardless of previous experience, you’ll need to demonstrate:

* Excellent engaging communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and implement change
\n
* Strong relationship building skills and previous experience delivering against target and KPIs.
\n
* Knowledge of gym culture and an understanding of habits within all levels of gyms in the UK.
\n
* Strong organizational planning and analytical skills
\n
* Ability to document ideas and actions to drive performance from business plans
\n
* A keen eye for detail and an ability to see potential within the sector
\n
* Ability to gauge language to speak to all levels of management and influence
\n
\nMain Duties and Areas of Responsibility:\n
\n
* Develop strong customer relationships within your territory and identify and unlock incremental distribution opportunities
\n
* Sampling and talking knowledgably about all aspects of sports performance and supplementation.
\n
* Maximise Glanbia Performance Nutrition brand presence within the trade in your territory
\n
* Full understanding of features and benefits of all Glanbia products sold and the ability to lead conversations to promote these items
\n
* Provide existing accounts with on-going support and identify additional opportunities for growth
\n
* Lead/facilitate Glanbia Performance Nutrition category & brand training with key retailers/gyms/affiliations.
\n
* Support key customers in the re-merchandising of planograms where required. Maintaining brand visual and operational excellence in compliance
\n
* Develop a high performing field mentality to deliver on all KPIs
\n
* Use effective communication to share best practice with colleague’s, keep Line Manager informed of all requirements and to drive excellent education and engagement levels with all customers
\n
* Escalate issues and find resolutions before problems arise where possible
\n
* Maintain an expert understanding of clients’ business and products to aid successful selling
\n
* Execute to a high standard at all times
\n
* Offer, without being asked, quality and concise feedback to line manager that helps to drive forward the client’s business and Retail growth strategy
\n
* Completing all administration tasks to ensure time requirements are met and that work is of a high standard
\n
* Fully understand the clients Retail landscape to allow for competitor advantage and seasonal opportunities to be delivered
