Customer Service Advisor - Asda Travel Money, Gateshead - Part Time
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover 12 months
Hours per week: 16 hrs
Salary: £13/hour + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
Working Patterns: Flexible shifts between Monday to Sunday, with monthly or weekly Rota.

As part of the ASDA Travel Money Team, you'll support customers with their Travel Money needs, providing great rates and a seamless experience both in-store and online.
What will you be doing?
* Building relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs and tailoring their experience.
* Acting as a travel money ambassador, advising on Travelex products and services.
* Processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Meeting procedural, operational, and customer service goals.
* Handling online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
* Adhering to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
What do I need to have?
* Numerical proficiency for handling cash and currency conversions.
* Excellent communication skills to engage and listen to customers effectively.
* Drive to succeed, with a passion for making a positive impact and caring about customer experience.
Interview Process:
1. Application review and initial screening call.
2. Online interview with a numerical and accuracy test.
3. Visit to the bureau to meet the team and see the environment.
4. Job offer following a successful visit; feedback provided if unsuccessful.
