Job Description Joining Culina Group on a 12 Month, Fixed Term Contract, as a HR Business Partner you will play a key part in your allocated business area offering advice and support to colleague, managers and senior stakeholders as part of the wider HR team. The HR Business Partner key responsibilities will include: Day to day generalist role business partnering Managers and other senior stakeholders in the business Case management – advising & supporting grievance/ performance/ disciplinary/ absence associated matters, coaching and developing stakeholders in the process Delivery of the Group wide HR strategy. Manage employee relations issues associated with any change, in particular proactive management of the relationship with employee representatives and trades unions Supporting the business with the development and delivery of people plans across multiple business units Influence the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure they meet the needs of the business Ensure performance management processes are in place and operating effectively Management of Tribunal proceedings with ACAS intervention as required TUPE management Qualifications CIPD Qualified Experience in advising on HR associated matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence)Experience of managing cultures and making change happen proactively adaptable to change, able to build trust, respect and openness Problem solver, using systems and expertise on behalf of the business and/ or employees Proactive can do attitude Experience of working in Logistics Full UK driving license and ability to travel Additional Information As part of our drive to make Culina a great place to work.
