As a Development & Support Analyst my core purpose is to: Working as part of the IT team, this role supports the development and maintenance of Punch's business process applications. You will assist in scoping, developing, and delivering applications while also supporting end-users. Key responsibilities include writing and maintaining code, resolving bugs, monitoring application performance and stability, and supporting user feedback and reporting. You will also work closely with the Development Manager to respond to development and support requests and participate in testing and validation of new functionality to ensure applications are reliable, effective, and aligned with business needs.
