What You'll Do
Process sales orders, send acknowledgements, manage stock bookings
Deliver brilliant customer service & build strong relationships
Log and close customer complaints/non‑conformances
Support field sales with CRM admin, meeting prep & follow-up
Provide admin support across HR, IT coordination & finance tasksRequirements
Confident on the phone and great with customers
Highly organised, positive, and solutions‑focused
Strong with Word, Excel, Outlook
Works closely with the sales team to remove friction and boost productivityMust-Haves
2+ years customer service experience
