If you’re a copywriting pro with SEO experience who thrives on autonomy, loves optimising websites for searchandconversions, and enjoys helping shape strategy and process, this role could be your next step.
About the Role
Are you an experienced content marketer who loves variety, switching styles, tones, and platforms with ease? Do you know how to craft clear, engaging copy that converts, whether it’s a punchy social ad, an in-depth blog post, a service page, or an entire website?
We’re looking for aContent Marketing Specialistwith a strong copywriting background to join our team. This is a key hire: you’ll help lead SEO and content strategy across a range of client accounts, shape new website projects with copy-first thinking, and set the standard for what great content looks like at Dibble Digital.
This is a strategic and hands-on role - working directly with our founder - perfect for someone with 2–3+ years of agency, in-house, or freelance copywriting experience who wants to take more ownership, experiment with new ideas, and influence how we grow as an agency. This is a great opportunity to be a key voice in our strategic direction and have your thoughts valued.
You’ll work with a small network of freelance developers, graphic designers, and link-building partners; but you’ll also be just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and writing conversion-focused copy yourself, as well as planning website and webpage structures to influence and convert website visitors into leads and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Write, review, and optimise SEO-focused content that attracts traffic and converts into leads and customers
* Champion consistency to ensure a high standard of clarity, accuracy, and brand voice across all copy and content we produce, for a range of clients and industries.
* Adapt writing style across a variety of mediums, including webpages, blogs, email, and social media
* Execute strategic SEO updates across a range of client websites
* Shape new website builds from the ground up with conversion-focused content & SEO best practices baked in from day one
* Help coordinate freelance website developers, graphic designers, and link-building partners
* Collaborate closely with the founder to refine SEO strategy, create SOPs, and develop repeatable success recipes for our clients
* Devise, test, and learn from new strategies and tactics, keeping one eye on the latest algorithm changes and emerging trends
* Use tools like SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity to monitor performance and drive optimisation decisions
* Keep up to date with SEO best practices and experiment with new technologies, including AI tools, to deliver better, faster results
* Support and contribute to off-site SEO through content marketing, link-building strategy, and PR-style campaigns
* Interpret data with confidence, drawing actionable insights that improve rankings and user experience
* Help shape our internal approach to SEO, reporting, and documentation
* Optional: Attend client meetings and present insights, though this isn’t a requirement
What We’re Looking For

* Strong knowledge of on-site and technical SEO, plus content strategy and optimisation
* Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy across multiple platforms and for a variety of business types (B2B and B2C).
* Have an adaptable, creative mindset that loves jumping between different brands, topics, and formats, and can switch up your style to fit each brief.
* Experience with SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools
* Comfortable using low- or no-code website platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Divi, Elementor)
* A curious, self-starting mindset with a passion for learning and testing new ideas
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Full UK driving licence
