We are now seeking full time Sales Associates (40 hours) to join our brand-new Bicester Village retail team—someone who shares our passion for excellence, food and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:
* Deliver exceptional customer service with charm, confidence, and care
* Share expert product knowledge to inspire and delight our customers
* Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the shop floor
* Support daily operations, including stock management and merchandising
* Create a welcoming and elegant environment that reflects the Fortnum’s legacy.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
* A friendly warm approach with great people skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
