Facilities Administrator
As a Facilities Administrator, your mission will be to support strategic planning and day-to-day operations of processes and services related to the organisation's buildings and premises.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Good knowledge of H&S
* Proven competence in building management or construction administration, with experience in a similar facilities role
* Flexibility to travel to different venues in east and southeast London

Main duties of the role:
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to plan and communicate building and maintenance projects
* Assisting in procurement or tendering processes for contractors and suppliers
* Coordinating external building and maintenance projects
* Leading essential services such as security, property maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling
* Monitoring premises' Health & Safety compliance, including CDM Regulations, and raising concerns with the engineering management team
