Pay & Perks
* Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 basic (Depending on experience)
* Hours: Monday to Friday (True work‑life balance)
* Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half

Responsibilities
* Developing Skills: Moving beyond basic servicing into complex mechanical repairs and diagnostics.
* Tech-First Learning: Using the latest tools (with full training) to find and fix faults on a huge variety of vehicles.
* Core Maintenance: Handling brakes, suspension, and vehicle health checks to a high standard.
* Precision Work: We value quality and offer 15-minute breaks because we know you work better when you’re not burnt out.
Qualifications
* You have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a workshop as a Mechanic or Technician.
* You are qualified to Level 2 minimum (Level 3 is great, but we can help you get there).
* You are based in or near Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, or Cuckfield.
* You take massive pride in your craft and want to become a specialist.
