The Role
:
1. To provide sales quotations on LKQ SYNETIQ bespoke system
2. To answer/respond to incoming messages on the parts portal
3. Provide good customer satisfaction in relation to all customer matters
4. Engage with other departments to ensure parts arrive to the customer within the agreed SLA’s
5. To ensure that all customer invoicing is carried out in a timely manner
Skills:
6. Strong communication skills
7. Excellent sales ability
8. Customer service oriented
9. Ability to multitask and prioritise
10. Proficiency with computer systems and webchat platforms
11. Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
12. Knowledge of automotive parts would be advantageous
