Salary: up to £40,000

* Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction and onboarding of new team members.
* Demonstrate leadership with a hands‑on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre‑shift briefs.
* Drive high individual performance through regular one‑to‑ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
* Maintain an eye for detail, high standards and thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
* Show passion for the brand, ensuring team members are as knowledgeable and confident as you are.
* Manage labour and cost margins effectively, driving sales and revenue, proactively using guest feedback to maximise opportunities.
* Champion and implement innovative changes with the team.
